Wholeness is about embracing who we really are.
It is not about being perfect. It is about accepting reality as it is.
It is about interconnectedness.
We are all connected.
When we love others, we are also loving ourselves.
When we look after the environment we are also looking after ourselves.
When we are open and connected with God we find ourselves.
When we do not give in to our fears, when we do not get trapped in our self-doubt, when we are able to live the moment then we are on our way to freedom.
There is a time to enable change for the better of ourselves and of others.
There is also a time to accept what is.
There is a time when we know that we have done our best, even when it does not achieve what we would like to happen.
Acceptance is connected with a healthy sense of detachment.
It is not about being in control.
Jesus taught us to love our neighbour as ourselves. He also taught us that when a grain of wheat dies it bears fruit.
His words lead us to freedom!
