Dear friends,
It is with gratitude that I announce Dean Chisholm has completed the necessary formation and preparation for ordination to the permanent diaconate. Dean has been faithfully preparing for this ministry for many years and has also served generously with the St Martin de Porres Catholic Aboriginal Community for a long time.
On Thursday, 23 October 2025, at 6:30 PM, at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Cathedral, Darwin, I will be ordaining Dean Chisholm to the permanent diaconate.
I warmly invite you to join us for this significant celebration in the life of our Church. Please keep Dean and his family in your prayers as he continues his prayerful preparation for diaconate ordination.
I look forward to celebrating this joyful day of faith with you, and I give thanks for Dean’s commitment to serve God and God’s people.”
All are welcome.
God bless,
+Charles
