We celebrate today the 54th birthday of Fr. Mate Litric. Fr. Mate comes to us with rich experience as a missionary in Papua New Guinea and is incardinated into the Archdiocese of Sydney.
He has embraced with great vigour the new mission entrusted to him at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Humpty Doo, and beyond, serving the wider communities connected with the parish. His missionary spirit, pastoral generosity, and committed love for God’s people are already a blessing to our diocesan family.
We thank God for Fr. Mate and for the dedication and care he brings to his ministry among us.
