We celebrate today the birthday of Fr. Niran Veigas SVD (Society of the Divine Word). Fr. Niran has been serving in our Diocese for a number of years and is currently ministering as Chaplain to Aboriginal Ministry in Central Australia.
Fr. Niran brings with him rich missionary experience from India and Russia and continues to share his gifts generously in service to God and God’s people. He works tirelessly for those entrusted to his care, offering compassionate ministry with a deep commitment to the Gospel.
We thank God for Fr. Niran, for his faithful service, and for the leadership he provides as Superior of the SVD community in our Diocese. We pray that the Lord will continue to bless him abundantly as he carries out his ministry among us.
