We celebrate today the birthday of Fr. Shiju Paul SVD (Society of the Divine Word). Fr. Shiju is relatively new to our diocese and is currently ministering as Administrator of Our Lady of Peace and St. Therese, Wurrumiyanga, NT, serving the Tiwi Islands community.
Fr. Shiju brings with him a wealth of experience, having served as a Provincial Superior on more than one occasion and having taught in tertiary formation and education. He also has a deep passion for mission, which continues to enrich his ministry among us.
We thank God for Fr. Shiju and for the many gifts he brings to our diocesan family. We pray that the Lord will continue to bless him abundantly as he serves God and God’s people.
