Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I invite you all to the Ordination of Deacon Shehan Ashanta Fernando to the Priesthood on the 31st of July at our Cathedral at 7:00 PM, as well as to the Thanksgiving Mass on the following day, the 1st of August, at the same time and place.
This is a blessing for us as a Church as we give thanks to God for calling Shehan to serve Him and His people. We pray that Dcn Shehan will continue to be open to the gifts of the Holy Spirit as he continues to share from the amazing love of God that has been given to him and which he will continue to share with many.
We thank God for His blessings upon our church community as we join together in prayer for this significant Diocesan event. All are welcome to participate in both celebrations.
God bless you!
