Today, we celebrate the funeral mass and burial of Kwementyaye Wallace in Catholic Church Santa Teresa, NT at Ltyentye Apurte. A great Arrernte Woman, a great Catholic woman, a great artist.
The stained glass window depicting Mary and Jesus behind the Altar in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish Alice Springs was designed for the parish by her. A truly wonderful person.
May she rest in peace.
