World Youth Day 2027 – Get to know your Pilgrims
Welcome to the World Youth Day Seoul 2027 Pilgrim Journey
Congratulations on taking the first step towards World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul, South Korea.
Having attended the information session and expressed your interest, you are now part of an exciting journey of faith with other young pilgrims from the Diocese of Darwin. Over the coming year, you will participate in regular formation sessions, prayer, Adoration, community gatherings, and practical preparation as we journey together towards Seoul in August 2027.
World Youth Day is much more than an overseas trip. It is an invitation to encounter Jesus Christ, deepen your relationship with Him, experience the joy of the universal Church, and grow as a missionary disciple. Along the way, you will build lasting friendships, strengthen your faith, and prepare to represent the Diocese of Darwin alongside millions of young Catholics from around the world.
This webpage will be your central hub throughout the pilgrimage. Here you will find important announcements, formation resources, meeting schedules, travel updates, fundraising opportunities, important documents, and other information to help you prepare for the journey.
We encourage you to actively participate in every stage of the formation process, remain open to what God is calling you to, and support one another as a pilgrim community.
We look forward to walking this journey with you as we prepare for World Youth Day Seoul 2027.
